Hi CV,

I have gone through the entire thread and learnt some good things especially the formulas.

I have a my trading system in place and but I want to learn many more formulas like the ones that you mentioned, that would provide a kind of self rating for me.

As water flows from higher level to lower levels, let the valuable knowledge flow from higher brains (yours) to lower brains (mine).

Keep up the good work-

Regards,

Hi SGM,

The idea of creating a doc file containing all the important contents related to the required stuff is really great and is very helpful to people like me who would like to read the entire thread at one strech.

I don't know how far you would agree with me, but a section should be created like - "Knowledge Base" which should contain all the docs of very improtant thread like this one, "Experiment in Technical Analysis" by Karthikmrar, "Teach a man a fish" by Saint and many more.

In other words it would be just a doc compilation of the thread which would containg only the knowledge related stuff and not the appreciation and other stuff.

Regards,
Ashish

Hello Ashish

KB for Saint's thread is already there on the forum, just search for it. Its very nicely done with well organized folders n all.

The threads you mention are live and we can go thru them, but there would be many threads which are old but contain very valuable info, like this current one, and one about Delta Neutral Trading by wastej@cinci.rr.com. I am sure there would be many more... Certainly such KB would help all.

It was nice of CV to agree to revive this thread else many members would have missed it completely.

Warm Regards
Sanjay

Hello CV

There is lots of stuff here about trend following systems, can you tell us about what is an anti-trend system, maybe with an example. Also if you can guide us regarding how to go about shorting (a signal/method for it).

Regards
Sanjay
