Default Tracking Mutual Fund Money

Here is a study of the Nifty index and Mutual Fund Activity for the period January 2, 2007 till April 27, 2007. The net purchases and sells of MF are shown in black color and are in Rs. Crores. ( 1 Crore= 10 Million). The pink line is zero, anything above it are net purchases and anything below it are net sells. Most of their activity is below the pink line, except for a few sparks above the pink line, ie they are net sellers for the last four months.
