Hi Amit,
for the wolfe wave formation, only highs and lows of bars are to be connected. However, for taking a real trade, after point 5 formation, price must firmly close above point 3 for buy and firmly close below point 3 for sell. for entry, closing bar price is very important. Take care, Winston |

hello everyone,
here is a interesting chart on TCS, MACD bullish divergence on 30 min , 20 day chart of TCS. there is a strong buy setup, however entry could be taken as per other methods. But surely, the trend is about to change. Take care, Winston Last edited by winstonn; 15th January 2008 at 08:25 PM. |

well well well good news for me perhaps i will be able to breakeven in tcs after all, a major broker has also given a long term target of +1300
winston cld u tell us at what point a stop loss should be placed for ww, i ask coz some ww just zoom up from pt 3 whereas others go back down below pt 5 and after a a while below start moving up |

Hi Marcu,
here, the ww is really not important, since the down trend continues. Best bullish ww's are produced when point 2 is highest and the bullish ww is a consolidation to prior upmove in higher time frame. wht here is a probable change in the trend since MACD strong divergence is observed. Offcourse, all the factors need to be taken for a valid entry and stops. Take care, Winston |
