Hi Amit,

for the wolfe wave formation, only highs and lows of bars are to be connected.

However, for taking a real trade, after point 5 formation, price must firmly close above point 3 for buy and firmly close below point 3 for sell.
for entry, closing bar price is very important.

see how wolfe wave is set up and entry triggered.

hello everyone,

here is a interesting chart on TCS,

MACD bullish divergence on 30 min , 20 day chart of TCS.
there is a strong buy setup, however entry could be taken as per other methods. But surely, the trend is about to change.

well well well good news for me perhaps i will be able to breakeven in tcs after all, a major broker has also given a long term target of +1300

winston cld u tell us at what point a stop loss should be placed for ww, i ask coz some ww just zoom up from pt 3 whereas others go back down below pt 5 and after a a while below start moving up

Hi Marcu,

here, the ww is really not important, since the down trend continues.
Best bullish ww's are produced when point 2 is highest and the bullish ww is a consolidation to prior upmove in higher time frame.

wht here is a probable change in the trend since MACD strong divergence is observed. Offcourse, all the factors need to be taken for a valid entry and stops.
