Default Trading Methods that work consistently

Hello all friends,

this thread would be helpful to newcomers as well to the experts.

it is my humble request to all those members to post your trading methods that have tested time in all the conditions of market. Also the method is making money for you consistently.

New bees , please dont post those methods which have not gained any money for you!!!!! This thread is to gain from the proven methods.

Well, first let me start:

I see Divergences , Hidden Divergence

Chart patterns : Symmetrical Triangles , Flags , Wedges , Pennants.

Breakout of only those supports and resistances which have been
retested at least three times on daily and weekly charts.

Breakout failures.

Above trading methods have been getting good money for me

It would have been still nice if you kindly mention on what basis you took position in those stocks. One or two line comments will do. That will help newbies (like me) to judge the course of action to be taken and the methods to be followed. Also, if you close out a position, kindly post it here with a line or two comments as to why you did so.

Default Price following techniques

Hi all,

My formula is quite simple follow price ( not trend following i mean ) were it goes with optimized money managment techniques. To make money consistently here never relieves your +ve edge to public.

1. Adequate capitalization
2. Proven price following system with well forward tested results
3. Optimize over every cycles with it changes
4. Trading with trader mind set and don't trade with fixed ideas ( Adaptability to market condition's when it changes )

If you lack even one of above i advice stay away from trading this is best advice i can offer for free also i dont offer any free system or tips as i realized trading is a competation not a team sports to share my edges

Hi Amarnath,

Have you heard of Warren Buffet? i am sure you must have, did any one duplicate his results reading his books????? Have you heard Abt Gann, Did any one duplicate his results????

my dear, even if you tell the right methods to public, the main obstacle would be trading psychology. Beleive me , it matters 90% and your trading methods only 10% .

3M's of trading:

Method based trading
Money Management
Mind Training.

So, please reveal your methods , there's no harm.

Best eg. i will tell you is there is a weekly breakout of Ascending Triangle on index charts and market made pullback! right. Every one knows it's a bullish sign though there may be pullback and rally. But How many of us have took positions in shares and F&O??????

And one more thing , In Indian forums people are not willing to share their methods, you see forums of other countries, they are open to sharing and hence are a step ahead!!!!!

Fully Agree with your views. Also a few hundred small retail guys following a system does not make a big difference in the market. And if a few lakh guys follow a system it makes the system delf fullfilling and more effective. Why MACD is one of the most successful indicators ? Bacause of the mass following...

And if one feels that only he or she only should make money then it is a different matter altogether ... ( An attitude most professional carry..)

Regards

Karthik

Hi,

I am aware of warren as investor not trader, btw have you heared of trutle traders and why their methods are no longer much effective. I dont need of any system from public at moment and my one which is mechnical is quite sufficient for me to remain consistent and profitable. I know few 100s of public system of other's as well which quite just help to ruin you capital just little slower or faster
