In SAIL & KEC, we should wait for pivots to be formed to check later on.
BankBaroda, BankIndia, BEML, ACC, KEC, SAIL I do agree with the patterns.
Tatasteel, IMHO is an ascending triangle.
TATASTEEL chart is enclosed herewith.
Ashish, thanks for sharing your view.

Meanwhile I'd like to discuss more on TataSteel. I will post them with chart tonight.

Praveen.

1. ACC - Well with in the channel. Great move today!
2. KEC - Still forming flag.
3. TATASTEEL - Didnt' close below the trendline. Hopefully it may rise tomorrow.
4. BOI - Didn't close below the trendline, Should rise tomorrow.

Union Bank of India has broke out from a diamond formation which also completes a rounding top.

NALCO has broken out of the symmetrical triangle.

Please check the charts here.

ROLTA - Was that a flag? I didn't see any parallelogram but rather the brief makings of a symmetric triangle.

However whatever it was i am glad it broke out since i hold the stk

GUJ AMBUJA - Looks like a rising wedge to me. Reversal pattern. Volumes increasing near the lower border on a downleg looks ominous.

BALRAMPUR CHINI - Most inetresting case. If that's a flag then the slant should have been upwards. At the same time it cannot be called a rectangle. Maybe just a new trend channel which broke on the downside. Ashish can say better.

Anyways, thanks for posting the charts.

Regards,
Kalyan.

Hi,

Its a typo. Its obviously not a flag. Its a pennant.

As far as I know wedge will be formed against the prevailing trend. So in case of uptrend the wedge will be pointing downwards. So I wonder whether its a wedge. Can a rising wedge form at the top of the trend?

I think its just a channel.

Sorry for naming it as wedge. You're right - its not rectangle, not flag, and not wedge too. May be just a channel.

Again these are just my interpretations. Please let me know if I'm wrong any where.

Learnt a couple of things from your reply. Thanks.

Praveen.
