Discripency in BSE EQ Closing Price Computation

#1
Hi ,

I observe a discrepancy in what BSE published as Method of Closing Price Calculation verses the Actual Closing Price Numbers Computed.

As per BSE Publication:

http://www.bseindia.com/markets/equity/EQReports/tra_trading.aspx?expandable=6

"The closing price of Securities is computed by BSE on the basis of weighted average price of all trades executed during the last 30 minutes of a continuous trading session. However, if there is no trade recorded during the last 30 minutes, then the last traded price of Security in the continuous trading session is taken as the official closing price. "

The Actual Closing Price Numbers Published by BSE: (Refer to Attached Screenshot)

Example here: Kaveri Seeds (532899 ) Data: 26Oct15 to 29Oct15

The Actual Closing Price is Computed by dividing the Total Deliverable Turnover by the Total Deliverable Quantity.

Deliverable Turnover & the Deliverable Quantity are the SUM Total of Whole data Deliverables and not from 3 PM to 3:30.

1) Then Why does BSE Says that they take only last 30 minutes of Volume Weighted Numbers for Closing Price?

2) Also, Why does BSE not say that this is Closing Price is Calculated based on "Deliverable Data" or "Total Traded" ?
