Default P&L acount

Hi

I am new to trading, so was intrested in knowing how to make P&L account and balance sheet for the income i generate from investment in share market. My major earnings/losses are from future and derivatives market. I have invested in the market by taking loan. So if any opne can just suggest what are the basic enteries, how to separate out cash market entry and derivative entry. Or if can give a site which deals with it, have solved examples and is obviously free. It would be great help to me.
Thanks

Hello,

I am a short term or swing trader in Nifty. My position remains open for few days (5 to 6) to few hours.

1. What are the statements required to fulfill taxation procedure?
2. Which Statements one should get from broker?
3. As we maintain Sale Purchase and Stock register in other business, is it
necessary to maintain Sale Purchase register by trader.
