NRI issues
hi i am an australian citizen planning to coming back to india and work in a an indian company.do i need to apply for a PAN card to work in india.i do have a overseas citizenship of india which lets me to work in india.but i need to knw whtelse do i need to work india.i would be happy if u help me with this.

Amit,
eventually you need a PAN to file your Income Tax refunds as you are planning to work in India. since you already have PIO Card and your status is NRI, you can go for it early or once you land in my country  Satya
