Hi,
I think you can refer the Nse website www.nseindia.com it has variuos modules for the exam which has a module for F&O also in which detailed accounting method is given.

Thanks a lot for that link! I was looking to get something similar to understand about the various taxation issues and what can be a more better place than to learn about it from the online resources? As we all know these issues at times can get rather complicated but the explanation there was simply awesome and would have understood easily. At present the Arizona PEOs are helping me too.
