How will you know if some one is using your "PATENTED TRADING STRATEGY"??? After you get it PATENT...

how someone know my strategy if I dont tell him. I just want to patent my strategy and try to sell it to big financial trading firm and if they interested and work on it I get some commission

Trading methods cannot be patented in India. It comes under the exclusions of patentable subject matter.

any CA OR MBA FINANCE WORKING WITH BIG FINANCIAL TRADING FIRM WANT TO TRY MY STRATEGY FOR THEIR TRADE. DONT PANIC JUST TRY MY STRATEGY IN YOUR TRADE FOR 2-3 MONTHS AND IF IT WORKS PERFECTLY WE WILL WORK TOGETHER. ITS TOTALLY FREE

One day you want to patent it, next day you want to give it for free to someone to try it out.
No one will waste his valuable time on something like this. best way for you is that you make money on your strategy for few months, get a ledger as your proof then someone might give you time to listen to your strategy.

You CANNOT patent a trading strategy.

To obtain a patent, your "invention" needs to satisfy ALL 3 criteria:
1. Usefulness (To mankind in general)
2. Innovative (fundamentally new in some aspect)
3. Non-obvious

Trading strategies will fail on at least 1 (step 1 , if not all criteria.

If its so good and profitable make money day by day using it..why you want to do patent and sell it?
Selling it or Trading both way you get money only right?
