Intraday and derivative tax
Dear friends,
Reading aca_traders previous posts I read that income from intraday trades (not position trades) and derivative trades is considered business income and taxed accordingly, as I was under the impression it was to be taxed as capital gains Could anyone please tell me where this is mentioned in the IT act as in which section?
