Trading outside India
Hi,
Can we invest in share markets,derivative segments outside India markets? If so what are the taxation rules that will be applied?

I assume you live in India and want to trade outside of the country (US?)
It is totally your responsiblity to declare your income to the local Indian government... maybe they have a website you can read up on
