Can i claim for stt refund if loss in share market.?

Dear sir,

I am indivisual & not tax payer . Can i claim for STT(around rs 10000) refund? and It is necessary to file income tax return? If i claim for refund then what the process?.I am a student not doing any job and don't have any income.ONLY SELLING OR BUY SHARES(TRADING) AND BOOK AROUND 2 LAKH RS LOSS IN LAST QUATER(2008-09).

My first question-
IS I AM ELIGIBLE IN STT RETURN ?

My second question-
CAN I CARRY FORWARD THIS LOSS FOR FUTURE?

PLEASE GUIDE ME.

STT refund is not possible...

the loss incurred in trading can be carried forwarded...
