Setting up living trust in US

Hi Folks,

Has anyone set up a living trust in US and moved your assets there to the trust. Can it be done while living in India? If anyone has done it successfully, I need the BKM (best known method) please

its possible and can be doen from india but us is not a best palce to do it. PM me and i shal help u set up where u can really coutn on it not beign basically taken away by authroties in us..

IRS is worst in thesse matters. basically u want to save all ur assests or take money out from india. its possible and legally can be done iron clad.

Ordinary Indians cannot trade abroad with leverage/margin funding. Can a trust abroad be used for such a purpose? Can it be formed by a resident Indian legally?
