I am member of NCDEX & MCX having office in Madhya Pradesh.

Stamp Duty is applicable on Commodity Trading but is State Wise.

Can you inform me whether Stamp Duty on Commodity Trading is applicable in MP or not ?

If yes then whare are rates ?

Which department it is related to ?

How to collect and make payment of Stamp Duty in MP ?

Even i want to know whether the stamp duty is applicable in uttaranchal or not.

Hi,
May I know what is the minimum and maximum T.O charges per Crore in MCX and NCDEX? (I understand Charges are reduced when you generate a certain level of volume. Right?

I figure Stampduty differs from state to state.... My query was (for the same reason) what is the T.O charges [( i mean Excng+State+Central) + Brkers charge] per crore. If one guarantees 10Cr. vol daily in commodities.. than what is the min. i have to shell and the max... I would be glad to be named brokers. Thanks.
