It would be a rate of 10% Tax on Capital Gains (Net Profits~Profits -Losses)

If you sell off after an year, the Capital gains remain tax free :)

if i am not wrong .... daytrading comes under speculation income
which attracts 30% tax on gain.
loss can b carried out next 3yrs(seniors plz comments)
As per law it is treated as speculative income and hence 30% tax.but i think loss can be carried forward for 4 years(not sure):)

thanks for your replies.

but i m sad that i have to give 30% of my gain to govt. while all the risks are mine. should not govt give some compensation if i am in loss.
