I've done some very interesting research on creating an offshore corporation and I wonder if anyone on this list has any experience with creating an International Business Corporation? I'm specifically interested in the island of Nevis, and would love any information about yearly fees,regulations,the creation of subsidiaries,etc. I also wonder if it is a wise first step for a start-up with little capitol. Any info will be much appreciated.
