Learnt something new today. Brilliant.
Hi Ashish...glad to help in any way I can.
And huzoor,
Maharaban ho ke bulaa lo mujhe chaaho jis waqt,
Main gayaa waqt nahin hun ke phir aa bhii na sakun....

And for now observe how things move with Gateway...how resilient it remains at higher levels, increase or decrease in volume in relation to the price action and so on. It's always a good thing to observe and learn from the movement of each individual scrip.
Bye for now.

Dear Amit,
Here I am attaching a chart for gateway, I am feeling that it is forming a upside trend.
Pls correct me if I am wrong.
What else I could learn from the charts?
I usually look for trends, if can spot.
I look for lowest and highest price touched over a period of time and how the scrip moves in general.
Regards,
Ashish

Hi Vicky...nothing much with the markets for now...it's still time for studied inaction...we'll wait further.
Videocon has come out with great results and I'd still wait for 83-85 with better volume to enter with s/l at 77-78. It's bullish in the mid term yes, but need to give confirmation of it above 83-85.
Kotak is looking pretty decent for now, and will look even better above 200-205. S/l would be 193-194.
They are both good Vicky, but still no reason to hurry till the above levels reached. Do remember the market is here to stay and while even now it gives the odd buying opportunity everyday, we should really wait for the bigger picture to improve itself before jumping in. This would be the most sensible approach.
Cheers Vicky!

Hi Raju...still the sidelines for me.
The Nifty needs to sustain above 2470-2480 as the first step, and then, maybe then, I'd consider entring.
For the rest, as I had written in the previous post, there are the odd buying opportunities every day, but then if one can handle the unstablity and volatility with discipline, perhaps only then one may enter trades at current levels with a degree of undersatnding of TA to bail out at some profits or losses.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

1. Diamond Cables (down from 70s to 45)
2. Mindteck India (down from 70s to 38)
3. Gateway Distripark (up, up and away !?)
Can anyone corroborate ?
Also looking for advice / info on
1. Mangalam Timber (why has the turnaround started floundering ? )
2. Mysore Cement ? (Will it ever become profitable?)
Thanks
Hi Agilent...Am suggesting levels above which your selection may be reviewed.
Gateway is a runaway success already.
Diamond continues the plunge though may be bottoming out a bit but I don't have today's charting on this. I'd wait for at least 54-55 to be taken and assess it then.
Mindteck would look cleaner above 48 for me. Till then there would not be any confirmation.
Mangalam Timber, track close for now till 35-36 is taken.
Mysore Cement needs to rise above 26-27 for clarity.
Do get back for clarification if any.
Thanks.
