Regards.
You mean to say, "Correction will happen soon"!?
In that case, is it good to take profits and wait for correction?

Regards,
Narendra

Hi Karthik and aMAN...thanks to both of you for words of appreciation and acknowledgement...
As I have become aware of the various counters on these threads, this is page 101, and reply number 1001.
I do hope my poastings have been worthy of this great forum, and of the wisdom in it...the seniors past and present, and of the guiding light here, Traderji himself.
So then, this posting is in dedication to the great art of TA, to the learning and teaching of it, and to employing it for the mutual benefit of all.
Yes, I'll be around as long as my time lasts...and eventually all things must pass.
With regards to all.
Oh...noticed after posting the above that Narendra beat me to it! This is reply 1002

1. Balrampur Chinni - Ent. @ 89.00 , CMP 85.60
2. Ballarpur Industries - Ent. @ 116.50, CMP 120.10
3. Gufic Bio - Ent. @ 30.40, CMP 29.35
4. Gujarat NRE Coke - Ent. @ 136.00, CMP 139.50
5. FDC - Ent. @ 54.40, CMP 53.30
6. Sterlite Opticals - Ent. @ 117.50, CMP 115.60
7. GV Films - Ent. @ 1.98, CMP 1.85
Please advise the S/L's and the prospects for the above. Thanks Anand
Hi Anand...thanks for your kind words...
Firstly much depends on your time frame for holding.
Balrampur is in a temporary period of correction and should be looking up some time soon. It's fundamentally strong with great growth prospects, and to stay invested for the mid term at least would be the right thing to do. You have come in late, but there's ways to go yet. Technically, if it should slip below 83, you may stop out and take it later coming up here.
On Gufic Bio I had responded to a query earlier in the day. While it still appears to be good on the buying interest I've tracked for several sessions, there is some weakness in the charts at present. It is very likely to improve on account of the buying, but I'd advise to exit if it wants to drop below 28.80 to be taken when the trend returns later. BioMed is a good sector to be invested in.
GujNRECoke is a good entry for you. It's making a bullish envelop and an upmove is expected soon. Target past 150 is 170 in the near term. For the record 133 is s/l.
FDC has under performed, contrary to expectation. Should you get your buy in price intraday, exit it as there appears to be no sign of a trend after some good moves a few weeks ago. 52 is s/l.
Sterlite...The story here is on momentum which may possibly return, so keep watch. If not, a slip below 114 would seek lower levels. Exit the counter should 114 be broken.
GV Films has been much talked about in the forum currently. Some key supports have been broken now after a sharp run-up recently and no reversal is indicated in the charts. My suggestion is go cash for now at any rise and watch for a turn around later to enter if you like.
Regards.

1) Rico Auto: Has seen a pullback since the last week and has stayed at the same levels. With MUL doing well, is it wise to invest into this for short to medium term.
2) Andhra Bank: This stock has gained 7 to 8% since the last week and also the volumes seem to be decent enough. Is this a fundamentally strong stock to invest at this stage or some other bank should be fine.
3) Ashok Leyland: This stock seems to be undervalued. The company has seen increase in their sales since last quarter. So do you see this as a right time to enter into this stock for short to medium term at 29. The volumes also seem to be pretty high around 4.5 million.
4) Rama News Print: This again seems to be an undervalued stock. But doesn't seem to have made any movement since last 3 weeks. Any suggestions on this. Again the volume seems to be decent around 2.3 million.

Regards
Hi tradebull…regardless of MUL, Rico is a strong player. The trend is good and steady. I’d suggest entry as it passes 104 a previous weekly high with volume to be safe. Nice find.
AndhraBank I would leave alone for now. There is no clear trend at this time, though most banks did well on Friday.
Ashok Leyland is a fine counter, but only if you wish to hold over a period of time. An entry could be considered at 31 close.
RamaNews…has strong resistance at 17-18. It’s been correcting a long time and needs a strong trigger to heave it past this congestion. In the long term it may do well as the promoter group is strong, but has been running losses for now. Perhaps past the coming quarter result season we may see a move. In the meanwhile you may want to look to something else.
I believe IDFC was suggested to you earlier and it has been gaining all along. It’s going to outperform in time to come, and is an investment counter.
Regards.

Hi mamug2002…you have used the word invest, and assuming that intention to be true, yes GrCables is worth investing in. On daily charts 20 off is giving resistance, the reason for a slight dip to 18.60. You may want to wait for a turnaround to come in past 20-21. Should it slip to 16.50, look out to see if there is a bounce back from here, but 20-21 is still the confirmation of trend resumption.
Sarang has run up from 9.50 end last month to here in one go. Suggestion is, wait to see when the drop comes and how deep. After such a quick move up, it may take some time to settle in at a lower level to consolidate. In the meanwhile you could do some research to see how the company has done over the past couple of years. Early 2003 the scrip traded at 50 levels.
Regards.
