looks like they are dumping this..

another 2- days correction, expect this to crash. .

anyhow, this is a bad time for real estate stocks. Banks are increasing interest rates. So, not a good news for Real Estate Stocks.

Finally, Congress will help the Aam Aadhmi to buy both real Real Estate and Real Estate Stocks.

Testing Time for Unitech Holders. Fundamentals of the company intact. Take a medium / long term call in the counter and you wont be disappointed. Most people can argue they can buy it more cheap. Do Not Trade but invest in reality Sector's Leader. This will be a 50-70 Billion dollar sector by 2010. About 10-12 Billion are going to be invested in coming months in this sector from all over the world so Fundamentally strong company like Unitech will be a major benefeciary.

All this is easier said than done, one has to have Belief in the Sector to stay invested.

do not try to catch a falling knife.you are bound to get hurt
let trend be your friend....in a falling market you have to 'SELL'
to make money. If you had sold nifty futures when it broke some
key support you could have made a killing in last 3 days.
BUY only when the dust settles down and market momentum returns
and that is not going to happen in day or two it may take a
month or two....thats when the smart money will start coming back to
the market...thats when you get back.

Yes Smiling, well we have one of the richest man of our country as our promoter, how can he let his share price fall down too much . Technicals I dont know but he is preparing Unitech to counter DLF before its issue to claim who is bigger. Clash of Titans releasing soon in your own country starring Unitech & DLF.
For Some time Unitech was busy procuring Land in Kerala, increasing its land bank, but today the promoters had to step in to get the share price to some respectibilty. CLSA, ShareKhan, SSKI all have given a short term target of 600+ for the Counter.

Unitech Investors, Cheers

Can someone explain what's locked in 10% circuit etc.? I understood that this roughly means that there are pending buy orders for this scrip. What exactly is 10% circuit?

thats right...there are pending buy orders but no sellers, similarly on circuit
down there are pending sell orders but no buyers. 10% cicuit means
price of scrip cannot rise/fall more than 10% on single trading day
