[QUOTE=v4vijayan;67399
its great u have unitec.
but if u want to buy another gem stock then buy the new listing
Parsvnath Developers Ltd.
trading at around 517
Target 800-1000 in 3 months.
if u have money then buy or else sit and enjoy the gains of unitech and keep watching Parsvnath Developers Ltd.

real estate seems subdued last couple of days. but i am sure it will
go up again.yesterday i got parsvanath for 517. I am sure it will go up
in next 3-4 months. i also have unitech, ansal prop,IVRCL and peninsula land.
i missed the real party in buying some real estate couple of years back, so i guess i am trying to make up by buying real estate stocks (since I
can no longer afford to buy any real real estate )
i am also planning to buy indiabulls on a correction..i think it may give good value after de-merger.any views?...peninsula is doing bad...any views?

unitech will sure fire up again....but now i think parsvanath has more steam then unitech (market cap of parsvanath is 11,000 crores compared to 40,000
crores of unitech although their so called land bank is similar)

Land bank - seems to be a way of these developers to buy huge land so they
can inflate real estate prices and also inflate their share prices and then
sell some shares to buy more LAND BANK...and a viscous circle
where the only people suffering are middle class who cannot afford to
buy flats at exobirant rates

anyways..this a unitech forum and i luv unitech.....and bear with me
for writing out of context stuff.

If and when middle class stops buying property, what will happen to real estate stocks?

everyone thought the same thing about software stocks when they
were quoting at p/e of over 100 in year 2000.....but you
know what really happened. even a stock like infosys re-claimed its
highs made in 2000 again only in 2005. wipro is still trading below those
level
point I want to make is you should not loose any opportunity to make
money in real estate stocks right now, only thing is you should be
little cautious and ride the wave with strict stop loses.
personally, I am accumulating parsvanath right now since i think by the
time DLF issue comes out in feb, parsvanath should reach 750-800.
