I have a doubt...with respect to fundamental analysis, Unitech has a P/BV ratio of close to 27. Isnt that too high to ring alarm bells ? Is it overvalued ?
Other companies have more realistic P/BV values

Same here....I had bought Unitech at an avg rate of Rs. 262 a week ago with a target of Rs. 295.............I sold it today at Rs 305 when I saw it spiking up in the 1st hour of trade.....what happened next....I had not even thought of in my wildest dreams.............
The stock was range bound between 324-330 all day....had I waited for just half an hour more before selling, I perhaps could have sold it at its Year High of 335...........Kind of a lost opportunity though I did make some profits...... No use cribbing about it....... I guess thats what the Stock Market is all about....

I have major exposure in Unitech. Its my long term (upto Mar'09) investment. I want to give it to run. I am expecting it to cross 500 buck by Mar'09. In USA every mutual fund has 10% exposure in Realty stocks but in India its less than One percentage.

Guys ....most of us here are safe and not sold Unitech @ 305-310 level because Bonous shares are yet to come otherwise most of of had booked profit @ 310 level ...hold on guys it reach 350 level in a weeks time......and i am collecting IFCI between 75-80 short term target is 100 in a weeks time.....ay one who can bet !!!!!
