Reco date not yet announced, yes u could accumulate Unitech on dips. Seeing the DLF numbers, I am very much impressed , if DLF continues this growth pattern so the estimated eps could be anywhere around 40 and then it may not seem expensive, I am holding DLF from IPO and waiting for the right time/correction to accumulate that too.

Thanks so the reality does look interesting in the near short term. I have applied for the Omaxe IPO as well. So i guess that will be an addon to the reality space. If allocated would it be good to keep Omaxe long term or should i go for listing gains...

Omaxe IPO has good valuations, Can list above 450, one thought can be book some partial/full profits and buy again if it comes around 350 levels for long term, but most important is how much shares one gets allotted. I think this will be hugely oversubscribed.
By the Way, Unitech flying today, up 5%.
