all real estate stocks are in trouble look at parsvnath..it will go down from IPO price.
my 2 cents are avoid real estate stocks for atleast 3-4 months time frame. reasons are 1) high loan interest rates already 10.5% (I already post this expected rate few months before) 2) cost of home is speculative and tooooo high (Not worth against what they are offering) 3) Less buyers because EMI is 3-4 times of rented house advise keep away from real estate

This was suppose to happen. Increase in real estate prices have made everything very costly. Living and buying home in bombay has become dream, figures are very unrealistic and expect real estate prices to fall by atleast 15% in next 12 months.
