Recent Corporate Actions
I am hoping to compile a list of stocks and the recent corporate actions announced
e.g. TCS/Infosys/Satyam and others have announced a 1:1 Bonus, TATA Steel has announced Rs 13 Dividend etc.. Can anyone please guide me to a source where I can get such data..

Most companies announce these Corporate Actions when they declare the results and state that they are subject to shareholder approval. I am assuming that the BSE/NSE data is after shareholder approval. I wanted to track the announcements made by the companies before shareholder approval.. hope I am making sense..
