First dont panic !
Your loss as inferred from snapshot is just 11.20 % and that too notional(paper loss).I dont know whether u are a positional trader or true investor.
If u are an investor u should judiciously churn your portfolio and cost average good scrips.
Hold SAIL it shall be rangebound for some time(170-190) if it crosses this range it may go to 220 +.

rel petro is also a good scrip hence if it falls, try to cost average as Crude prices are soaring and GRM increases with rising crude.

DLF and indiabulls belong to interest sensative sectors which shall remain subdued due to increasing inflation and thereafter remedial RBI measures.
wait for a rally and dilute your holding steadily.

SBI is a good stock and shall bounce back very fast when clouds of uncertanities shall cast away.

Ib securities keep a stop loss of 95 and exit between around 125-140.
