2007 Apart for earnings it was great learning experience for me and i definately move ahead with more confidence, well defined approach & higher targets for 2008.
2007 Mistakes : 1. Started into market Dec 06 as it was my first time so did trading with icicidirect.com then shifted to angel fire then again back to icici direct so was getting aquinted with tools. 2. No clear focus if I was a trader or i was Investor. Though I was good at picking stocks but coudn't time well the entry and exit. The stocks I exited are roaring. 3. No clear focus Did some delivery based short terms, IPO, MF, commodity even tried Futures & options lost heavy some times gained heavy but at the end result was same. so it was good experience to know how all this works. 4. www.traderji.com came to rescue and started using free online advisories. Now after realising the worth information these guys are providing started paid subscriptions. I would focus on investment and weekly trades but definately wanna learn more technicals and charting during this time. And achieve some level of trader inside me. 2008 outlook 1. More funds 2. Paid advisories 3. Well defined approach Hope We could achieve all our targets what we plan in this year. so happy investments and trading.

2008 things I am watching
1. Power & Energy. scope for pollution free and cost effective fuels less dependecy on Oil more on other sources Coal ,Gas, Wind, solar. so we can see a lot of movements in comanies involved into it. RNRL, petronet the rally is already up. 2. TRAI regulations would effect the Telecom space so its interesting to watch 3. RBI regulations Basel norm again a interesting time in banking space. 4. Reality would be one of the sector to watch I feel there would be some movements in IT, Pharma, Auto. in 2008 keeping eye on media and entertainment also
