Default Ril-Rpl merger

What will the effect of ril- rpl merger have on rpl? Is it a hold still or exit? Once this news gets confirmed, will rpl price go down further? pls advice. I am stuck in rpl f @ 238. Wt is the best thing to do now?

Guys,

RIL had floated another company in the same name RPL and it was holding the first refinary. Once the refinary started operation it was merged RIL. So there is a possibility that this time also RPL may be merged with reliance. The merger ration may be unfavourable to RPL investers like last time
