Hello
I would like to discuss the IT stocks i have bought recently. I have Mphasis(x)100 @ 320 Infy(x) 30 @ 2005 SatyamComp(x) 10 @ 490 At the moment all are red. What is the expected target in the next couple of weeks. Should I exit and invest somewhere else or should i hold ? Thanks for any advice |

The rupee is expected to appreciate even higher and might go upto 37-36 against dollar pretty soon which would directly hit the IT companies which are dependent on the dollar factor. Try to get information on what kind of exposure these IT companies have. I know for sure that Infy has an exorbitant exposure towards US market. So cut your losses and jump to much rewarding stocks.

Yes, IT stocks have all under-performed because of rupee appreciation.
