for teledata, the prices shown there are derived by dividing the previous value and previous # of shares by new # of shares...So my guess is that they just wanted to show some money and thats why they put those values there... wait till relisting it will be a lot better...

Corporate action for credit of shares completed today - 12/26/2007 The Company has initiated corporate Action for crediting shares of shareholders who are holding shares in CDSL and shares of Teledata Informatics Ltd has been credited into the account of share holders on 20th December 2007. The Shares of Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd and Teledata Technology Solutions Limited were credited into the shareholders account by CDSL on 26th December 2007.

no shares reflected
hi all
I have 250 shares of teledata on 19-Oct-2007 through ICICIDIRECT.com so far the new shares are not reflected in my demat account. I asked the same at ICICIDIRECT office and said that i should take up the matter with the company. Please guide me as to what to do regards

I purchased few shares on the last day(the day of de-listing) of TD. I have got 3 company shares against my purchase on last day. I use Sharekhan. So, i don't think this is an issue with company. ICICI Direct should resolve this. Force them. Rgds.
