Fan lines are constructed succesfully. Severe correction is may be because of violation of head at the time of forming inverted head & shoulder. It has made a double bottom and more importantly gets a support at #2 Fan line. Crucial level to warch out for is 150-160 and the #3 Fan line.

i shd confess that i am v.new to this shares and stocks. i really can't make out anything even from the attached file. one of my friend who is working in ITC told me that he will be allotted some shares by his company. since, he doesnt have money to invest, he was asking me whether i am interested in investing in ITC shares. this is why i was trying to get help from others who are in this field for quite sometime. can u please help me??? to admit frankly, i even dont know what exactly "sensex" stands for and what is its relevance.

It's absolutely all right mate.Actually i was trying to say it was struggling for the last few weeks mainly due to increament in duties on tobacco. But since it was a big fall, not much downsides are expected (by the experts). So someone who is willing to buy,he/she can buy in every rise as a form of accumulation.But again as i am a student,you should ask and wait until some senior members clarify it in a more convincing manner.
