Dear jnj333/lalpar,
This is impossible to explain the rationale behind this scrip's movements to those who want to enter now. This scrip originally discovred by Bill Gates
whose posts on moneycontrol i happened to read and follow. i purchased this scrip @Rs.545/- can you belive it ! since march 2006 i am holding this and with the time i increased my holding to 73 shares which now translated in to 1460 shares !! my total investment is little below 2 lacs !!
So my friends gist of the story is you have to have the conviction and patience then only you will get the rewards. still holding all the shares and will continue to hold till 2009.

with promoters holding 89% stake in the compoany there is nothing wrong in selling 11 to 12 % stake..infact it brings in lot of liquidity in market and that is good for all.try to find out who took the 11 5 stakes you will be amazed by the interest which many have in Jai Corp...downtrend is just to set in panic...long term story is intact....

Yes Jai Corp promoters sold 12.6% stake to FII's. But that is to satisfy SEBI guidelines that no promoter group shall hold more that 75% stake in their venture. The Jain group stake was at 87.6% and they were asked by SEBI to satisfy the guidelines. So they sold 12.6% stake and the Jain group still holds 75% stake which says a lot about their confidence in their company. I do not know anyone who would say no to take a stake in this company especially now with Navi Mumbai SEZ,port development etc being headed by Jai Corp. Anand Jain has a strong relationship with Mukesh and it looks like Anand will pretty much head all the Infrastructure projects run in JV with RIIL. This scrip is for people who don't monitor the charts everyday. Hold it for 3 months and reap the benefits. I am not asking anyone to buy this scrip. But asking people who have bought this to stay calm.
