Many more Positives in the annual Report, A Blue Chip in the Making quite undervalued at these levels, been accumulating at these levels , looking for 4 digit target by Mar09.

Do you think it would just 4 digit(1000) by March09 with so much in the Annual report. I am "hoping" it would be atleast around 2000-2500. what is your view. |

Yes nansrired I have given a conservative view of 1000 by March09 , your target is very optimistic but not impossible, eventually it will depend upon market conditions which will trigger the Demand/Supply. Being a high Beta stock , it moves more , in bear Market it falls more than average and in Bull Market it will rise more than average (Touhey Market Theory) . This stock will definetly reward the Long Term Investors. Hold or accumulate at these levels is my view. Its fundamentals are stronger than it were when it was trading at 1000 levels previously. All in the annual report.

Mumbai SEZ hopes to complete land acquisition by next year
The Mumbai SEZ, promoted by Jai Corp, expects to complete the land acquisition by next year “Currently, the land acquisition for the SEZ is in the process and is expected to be completed by next year,” Jai Corp said in its latest annual report. Mumbai SEZ received the in-principle approval from the Union Commerce Ministry for the development of a 5,000-hectare SEZ at Khopta in Maharashtra. Jai Corp is also a stakeholder in the Navi Mumbai SEZ (NMSEZ). The total size of the NMSEZ is 5,289 acres and would be developed for various sectors with half the area reserved as a processing zone. Navi Mumbai SEZ will cater to industries such as IT, ITeS, diamond processing, fashion designing, animation, multimedia and film processing, it said. “All SEZs will be fully integrated with world class amenities, logistics support, infrastructure and connectivity thus making them an extremely attractive destination for industries, services and other sectors,” the report said. With convenient rail, sea, road and air linkages, these SEZs are well-placed to create high standards of transshipment hub in Navi Mumbai, it said.
