Can anyone suggest a good chart trader platform,
which should support drag and dropping of orders on chart.

Order creation, modification and cancellation all should be done through mouse and chart.

Ninja is one choice....
Ninja Trader has chart trader but I don't think any Indian Brokers are offering ninja trader as their platform. Instead of brokerages firms racing to release their revolutionary apps, it would be just sufficient to support the existing good platforms.

Thanks guys for pointing out to IB... can someone compare a round trip trade cost of 100 Nifty futures with IB and Zerodha? (or simply what's the break even points required for Nifty futures trade with IB and Zerodha?).

ninjatrader is powerful software which has many advanced features less known to Indian tradesr though it is free.it has a third party algo strategy developer without writing any code.
only problem is no link with trading terminal.if we can make link with trading terminal we can use it full auto trading.
there are many auto trade tools available in ninja trader
Any tj member or freelancer ready to make plugin, i am ready to fund the project

last time I checked Ninjatrader has not made that portion of its API public as they want to control which broker they want to onboard.
But may be some hackish approach would work but then how reliable that will be ?

The main idea would be to hide under an existing broker interface.
Here is a article on the same

I have developed handful of strategies in Ninja for US clients although I personally am unable to use it in trading myself.

Ninja is not just a charting software that is to be attached to some external trading terminal. Ninja itself is a charting software integrated with the trading terminal.

When you use Ninja for free, you predominantly get access only to charting terminal but even in free mode, you can see its behaviour (simulated one) during trading in its market replay component.

To connect it to a real trade account, you need to pay Ninja folks and the current one-time cost is around USD 1000/-. You have to keep paying for the intraday data every month.

One time 1000 USD is not a problem all.
Now our markets official data vendor supporting datafeed on NT so once broker interface is ready then ooo la la
