Keyboard shortcut for "step Forward" in bar replay in AMI

Hi,
I want to know if there is any Keyboard shortcut for "step Forward" in bar replay in AMI.

After you start the bar replay, click right arrow. You will see a dashed box around the forward button.. you can use arrow to put this on whichever forward or backward button you want. After the dashed box is active, hit space bar.

Thank you Manischan. My fingers were hurting clicking the mouse. :)

On bar replay click pause then click slider
now on pressing down key it ll move 1 min further and up key it ll move 1 step backward
