Recently introduced characters recognition criteria on cdslindia.com is faulty, due to which I couldn't log in to my d'mat account. I informed cdslindia's concerned employee on phone, by email but respondent replied concerned officer isn't on his desk. I think, I would have to meet them personally to solve my problem. Is anybody here facing similar problem?
