Non ht branch.cannot mark delivery buy

I am new to trading.When i try to buy a share under delivery mark its giving me an error like 'non ht branch.cannot mark delivery buy.I called kotak security people but they are telling me to mark normal only then it will be automatically converted to delivery after the market day.But it is giving me such error.please help me.
