Why my NOW desktop software shows this message ?



What does it mean ?
By any chance ,you logs out NOW system and enters NOW using login, your
earlier trades will not appear automatically.If you RECONCILE your trades
they will appear in TRADE book ,after choosing DISPLAY.

You mean choosing "Yes" ...right ?

Do you mean the following ..

If I choose "Yes" , NOW trade book will show all trades.

If I choose "No" , NOW trade book will not show trades.
After giving YES ,if you open TRADE book you will find PARTIAL listing there
you choose DISPLAY ,then all trades will be displayed.

the case is that when NOW gets disconnected and we log again, the earlier trades, orders - executed and pending - are not shown properly in the system. there comes the concept of Reconcile.Reconcile is done to get the trade book in updated manner - orders (pending and executed), trades are showns properly.

I got the error message.

I press 'Yes' button.

I press F3 to open 'order book'

I click 'Display' button on the bottom left side of 'order book'



BUT ..... It dont show any of my order entries. Nothing into 'Open Orders' and nothing into 'Completed Orders'. Both are blank.

Then I have to log off and login again in NOW software to see my trades.


WHAT TO DO ..... ?????
