Hi!
I just installed Fibotrader but am not able to run it. After the initial splash screen I run into the error message :"There were errors opening the database <C:\Program Files\Fibotrader\Data\Main.mdb>.(Catastrophic failure)". When I ok it, I'm asked "Do You want to start the databank assistant?" The following database screen returns the original error message and so on until I refuse the database assistant when the program shuts down. I have unzipped and pasted your main.mdb, to no avail. I cannot get to the screen for manual database assignment. So what am I doing wrong? My OP sys is Win XP SP2. Attached : 3 screen shot clips FiboError1.jpg FiboError2.jpg FiboError3.jpg Pls help.

Thanks for helping us all in understanding and using fibotrader.I salute you for your selfless service. I have downloaded main.rar from your posting no 78(9/7/06).Now when I start fibotrader I get message "Unknown Indicator HLCh@!@21".Pls advice how to get rid of it. Secondly as per your post no 23(4/6/06)Itried filter conditionc on NSE(1037 items) but did not get any symbol listed.Then I tried only 4th condition(MACD will generate Buy in last 5 days) still no symbols were listed.Am I doing something wrong ? Pls advice. TIA rpc

Many many thanks for the solution to my problem.Now I am able to run filter conditons.However when I was running the condition I got message "Missing data for wknid@!@121374||0" and "Missing data for wknid@!@122475||0" .Pls advice what is to be done. TIA rpc

There is an indicator called "Support Lines" The default value for periods = 100. What would be a good value for swing trading. As in the past, I would be grateful if you could please help on this. Thanks & regards, Amit
