Thanks for your response. I have downloaded that utility but problem is that during EOD data convert required some changes for FIBOTRADER. So pl, give me chages information.

Dear pra
i will try to solve ur problem.(just follw the instructions step by step)
1 open the downloader
2 u can see menus file ,edid, opitons, download, convert and so on.
3 select download menu
4 you will see a message "checking internet connection" and it will turn to"you are connected to internet"
5 now you put the from and to dates for which the data is required.
6 check the NSE box
7 check the EOD bhavcopy
8 check Equities
9 check csv
10 press the DOWNLOAD button
11 you get a message"Downloads completed"
12 now you press "Show Advabced setting/views" button(below the download button)
13 now you see the downloaded files in green colour.
14 now select the"show converter" button
15 there you press the "show output settings" and "show input setting" buttons .
16 in the output settings window change the date format"mm/dd/yy"
17 in the input settings window selet the proper sequence of data
for eg. the format for fibotrader EOD data is " symbol , date, open, high,low ,close,volume"
18 see that the above sequence is maintained in output sequence.if not , change to the requied above sequence.
19 now press convert button
20 out sequence prescribed will appear. give ok.
21 your data is now converted.

Thanks! I will try these today. One query how to add indicator of my choice say MFI etc I tried internet option being in indicator screen but could not succeed in getting any indicators from internet. It says something like "no more to download".

Soumya B,

am using fibrotrader from quite a long time, thanks for introducing such execelent s/w.

Is it possible to use my own codes in fibrotrader......, how.........., I mean do fibrotrader provide use of farmulas.......if yes, is there any specific language like for meta/ami ?

what you did is absolutely correct and is the only way to get indicators for fibotrader try it again you may be having problem with ur computer or net connection either.

Thank you dear for your kind words i have done nothing special.I just remembered the days when i was also a beginner like you once.I am no match for the services of pk jha sir and somya sir and stockist sir for introducing worderful free softwares.

I tried to download the main and quotes file. I could download the quotes file but not the main file it says "Not a valid link". Please provide the link again.
