Dear Suba,

By following the instructions given in the link I could make a lot of progress. I imported few files into Fibotrader and got some parts of charts. But as you described I could not import all the files in one go; so importing one file after another became a very tedious job.

As told at sl no. 7, I could not find the path after which I am to add \*.csv
How to get that path" Is there any otherway by which I can select all files and import them together?

And how to delete a folder?

Hi Folks;

I want to generate a Buy signal when MA1 crosses MA2 from below;
When I try Signal condition -> add using assistant wizard
It generates code like
CrossesUp ($ma1, $ma2)

However, it actually generates a BUY signal when MA crosses CHART (NOT another MA)

Any help from members is appereciated.

I could finally import all the files into the folder and getting the charts too till your uploaded files.

first create a folder in fibotrader ..by right clicking on symbol folder...and name ..(say, NSE)

did you put all file after downloading and unrar into a folder...if yes,

now open quote man ..click data menu ...>then import-->ascii file
..here first you set save in folder as NSE by clicking drop down box
.... then you click ...choose...and go to where your all files are located...or dumped.

just click on first file it will copy whole path....now you replace that file name ..that is ...last \ xyx.csv ...with ... *.csv and click start ...

*.csv ..... imports all the data files which are in your system folder...at one shot.

i have uploaded historical data to 4shared website ..you download it..

you can import all at one shot as explained by me.

later ...every day bhav copy you can import your self..and keep your chart up to date.

you can get all nse and bse charts not just one or two.

hi guys

i have downloaded the fibo trader software but to the sad extent the files are old & the 1st post has never been updated & you hav to go on through the whole 51 pages to go through to install & get it running

but my problem was that i could not get it running i really got confused since i had to read a lot to install it

some of the files are missing like the main file as given in the link
which is missing on clicking on it & i m not abel to get the so called(NSE) as eg file in the software as i make it on the installed program folder.

please if some one could update the 1st post wit the latest information & step to step properly guiding with proper links to the required files

please help us new people out!!!!!!!
