Hi All Fibotrader Users,

May be I am disturbing you, but can any one tell me the way to create watchlists in FiboTrader. I read that there is a facility of the same, but I am not aware of it.

What I want is that I should be able to get stocks that full full certain criteria, like 3-13 cross over or new 52 weak high / Low , MACD crossover etc. All stocks meeting conditions can be singled out.

I would be really greatful to you if any of you knowledgeable member can give me some insights into this.

Dear neilabcd , when you give show command to Quoteman from the Toolbar , it opens in the 'System Tray',you can right click and after pressing 'Show' the Quoteman window opens.I hope this helps you

I have imported from ASCII files data and selected data source as importing individual ASCII files. Still I get the msg saying I am trying to open a SYMBOL which is connected to source not currently activated(internet (delayed free)). But I have done the import from an ASCII folder. However if I click OK, I get the chart. What mistake I might have committed to get this msg and how to correct it? I have attached a file containing that hint.

For Quoteman problem ... after installing before doing anything just update it thru preference ---> update to beta version it may solve your quotaman problem

Watchlists can easily be created using the Watchlists module which you find the the explorer (left side of the chart window). What you are describing sounds more like a market scan, which is just a normal list containing special columns for your chart templates and indicators.

The Fibotrader offers an extremly powerful and versatile list module. You could put all the stocks to watch in one folder, then right click on it and select list. There you can add new columns by right clicking on any column. You will probably need several "Chart template..." columns.

Beta is out now.

1) This is not yet possible. We put it on our todo list.
2) This depends on your trading concept. You can use any combination of indicators, drawings or custom scripts. We have many very successful customers with all of these approaches.
