Hi Soumya,

Thanks for the prompt reply. I shall be gratful if some fundamentals are cleared regarding the understanding of scripts and terms such as indicators and quotes .In the filters supplied by you smac20 and smac10 are both referred to as" value of the indiactor is less than the quote", there is no reference to the value 20 and 10. For a novice like me it is very confusing. I would be gratful if you could spare some of your precious time and explain the fundas how to write such scripts .

Regards

Dear Soumya,

Just now I downloaded FIBOTRADER from the link provided by you. You have given link to an excellent TA software. You have also given help links and your own methods of help. Very good job and neatly done. I thank you very much.

Mohan

Hello,

add the DMI and the Stochastics to your chart, deactivate all signals and then use the follogin buy condition:

$dmi > $dmi_2 and $stoch < 40

Save that template and use it for scanning in a filter.

Could you post screenshots of this please? Did you add the band clicking ON the SMA? You can see the source code by right clicking on the bands. There is a simple +- X% rule, which should be correct.

Hi!

Thanks to Soumya, I too have been using Fibotrader.

Could you please let me know, what has Soumya done to include Fibonacci in Fibotrader. I am interested in the same.

Thanks,
Amit
