Hi,

Many people must be having EOD files with them. It would be better if the format of the ascii file required in fibotrader is given. That would save everyone from downloading huge MBs of file from ********** web site.

Hi Jalnap,

For importing eod data the format should be:
<symbol> <date(mm/dd/yyyy)> <open> <high> <low> <close> <volume>
or
<name> <symbol> <date(mm/dd/yyyy)> <open> <high> <low> <close> <volume>

For importing intraday data the format should be:
<symbol> <date(mm/dd/yyyy)> <time> <open> <high> <low> <close> <volume>

Hi,

I observed that Fibotrader has a functionality wherein you can upload fundamental data into it. Has anyone tried using this feature ? More importantly, does anyone have the fundamental data for NSE stocks in an excel file?

This feature can only be obtained in registerd version.

Thanx for the data and the software you have provided. But i have noticed that the data in Quotes_0 file is only from the year 2003 onwards. For TA you require the historical data since the time the stock listed on the exchange. Please tell me how can i get the data for the previous years

Hi A_Anand,

Change the chart resolution. To change it click 'Chart resolution' button
( just beside Search box) -> select your own.

Still not able to access data for the previous years

Hi guys

When I start Fibotrader, it starts quoteman in which I have selected NSE. However it never connects to the internet and says please check your firewall. I don't have a firewall and I am connected to the internet 24 hours. Can someone help?
