best software (and which you prefer)

hey guys,
by the title only you can guess that i am new to this.
i just want to know which is he best software out there specially for intraday trading.
software which will give me live quotes, charts and alert when a stock price reaches a certain amount.

and one more things, i also want to know which software you prefer.
your choice..

I've used Metastock, Amibroker and Iris, but nothing like Amibroker , its great and user friendly too.

damn, i installed metatrader and metatrader cgi. but it isnt working.. can you please help me configuring for bse..

i got to get bse indexes in metatrader cgi, but i cant see any other shares in it..

is there any readymade platform just for indian markets?

Metatrader? I think it is for forex trading, Metastock is for stocks. I may be wrong but thought it may help...

Metatrader is best when compared to Metastock Amibroker etc etc it helps me to make good money and changed my life as trader check metatrader in intraday section and try demo

if u can inform me how to get good eod version of advance get which will work with metastock 8 pro and also ascii data. does get has split adjustment and exploration facility.
