Don't know much abt softwares,let alone developing one........but can spot a person who is willing to share what he has without looking at gains.To share for the sheer satifaction of it and no more.

Firstly, Thank you all for your kind words. Well, the pivot point alerter full version has been uploaded to rapidshare and the link can be found in the first post of this thread. I Hope it helps you in your trading endeavours. I'd have to apologise for the help not being complete, most of it you will have to figure out on your own, but its not that tough. The utility picks up tick data from power Indiabulls therefore, you should be an Indiabulls user in order to make use of this tool.

Hello Pagefound

Congratulations on release of full version of your software.

i am not a power Indiabulls user so will not be able to try your software. I am sure many members on the forum are in a similar situation, but will want to try out your software.

In one of your previous post you have said PIB uses a flat file and you pick up the ticks/quotes from it.

So if we can create this file and update it online we need not have PIB stll will be able to use your software.

For e.g. with slight modifications (maybe, an extra module) to the workbook provided by COOL we can append intraday values to a flat file in the same format used in your software.

Now all that we need is the format of this file and a willing member to do the coding.

Hi Pnf

Thanks for providing free software, which is very helpful to day trader.
I have win98 OS, and installed the software with no problems and is working fine. But it is not showing the full screen of the software on rightside of the window, and I am not able to maximise the screen. Please enable the maximising button. I have attached the sceenshot of the software.

I have downloded your software. Against, "Set PP from EOD quote file, I have given path of nse downloaded eod file in .csv format. But your software is not taking data from it. PP and other columns remain unmodified. Please guide.

Rajekc,

Enabling the maximize button won't solve the issue, you have to change your screen resolution to 1024 by 768 pixels. In windows 98 you can do this by right-clicking an empty area of your desktop and then click settings, goto advanced tab and drag the slider bar which is at 800 by 600 pixels to 1024 by 768 pixels. click OK.

Once you select the downloaded bhavcopy .csv file using the small elipses button on the right of the "Set PP from EOD quote file" text box, remember to click the calculate button. This will calculate the pivot points and other values.
