Dear Kgsirasangi, It is not the path but the EOD file itself that you have to select in the open file dialog. Follow these steps: 1) RIGHT-click this link -> http://www.nseindia.com/content/hist...UG2006bhav.csv and click "save target as" 2) Save it to the desktop or any folder of your choice. 3) click the ellipses "..." button in pivot point alerter, the one beside the "set PP from EOD" text box. 4) now SELECT the .csv file downloaded in step 2 5) click Open 5) click calculate ! I hope this was simple enough. I recommend that you use srisara's NSE data extractor (available on this forum), alternatively it is recommended to save the .csv file using "save target as" in the right click menu rather than opening it in the browser or maybe excel and then using save. The latter changes the integrity of the original file. Regards, pnf Last edited by pagenotfound; 24th August 2006 at 02:24 AM. Reason: typos |

Dear Pagnotfound, Thank you for introducing Pivot Point Alerter.
