The problem is not of screen resolution, I can move the window using the title bar. At the right side the screen is cutoff and I am not able to expand it at its border. Atleast enable the expansion of window at the border. Bye Raj |

Thank you for sending the .csv file. Hmmm, like I assumed, the bhavcopy file that you are importing into the software is not the one downloaded directly from the site, or its being downloaded using some software that is changing its ascii format to unicode. Here, download this file http://www.nseindia.com/content/hist...UG2006bhav.csv its the same as the one you sent me, but this time download it from the site and import it into the alerter. Still have probs. let me know. I'm certain it should work this time. Regards, pnf |

I think you have developed alerter on Win XP platform, so there is width problem. I have attached screenshot of full screen, with 'alerter' window slightly moved to the left, you can see its rightside is cutoff. Thanks in advance for enabling max button for me. Today I used your alerter during trading hrs, its alerts like 'increasing volumes' helped me to enter bombay dyeing short and I made a huge profit. Hats off to you for providing this software, as I trade mainly on Support/Res levels. Thankyou Raj |

I have office2000/excel2000. After downloding file, when I want to save it , it asks---this file may contain features that are not compatible with csv. Do you want to keep the workbook in this format?---options are yes --no. I saved file alternatively with yes and then no options seperately. for both files, alerter gives same error---Invalid file. Same thing had happened when I had downloaded fron nse site. Please advise how to save downloaded file. Thanks and regards |
