I searched a lot on the net to find a good simple excel to manage investments. but its hard to find.
Here is what im looking for:
Today we hold lots of asests like stocks, MF, gold, property, bonds etc etc. we invest and we liquidate too. So i am looking for a tracker which will display all these values in a simple excel.
I do not want:
1. a website, because we might forget its login or website might close down in long run. plus i do not want to share it and risk loosing it or getting it hacked
2. a software. no idea of the software will work 5 yrs down the line or it will work on mobile or future devices.
So a simple excel should do.
If you do not have the excel can you suggest columns for excel
i will start with
Buy Section:
assest company, product name, buy date, investment amount, product code (folio num etc), cheque num/transaction num, bank, current value
Sell Section:
liquidation/sell date, amount, transaction num, bank, tax,profit/loss,profit/loss%
