Software & brokerage

If I am using a sofware such as Amibroker or Fcharts, can I place orders through them or are they only used to give me buy/sell signals?
If I can place orders through them, then who am i paying the brokerage to?

This might appear as a novice question but I hope to get some answer here.

Amibroker or Fcharts both are charting softwares rather called TA (Technical Analysis) software, hence there's no option for giving order through both softwares
